Job Description

☕ Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee and beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Cold Coffee, etc.)

  • Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Take customer orders and handle billing (POS system)
  • Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
  • Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Suggest menu items and upsell products to customers
  • Handle customer queries and provide friendly service

🧼 Hygiene & MaintenanceClean and sanitize coffee machines, tools, and work area

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensure proper storage of milk, syrups, and ingredients

📦 Stock & InventoryCheck daily stock of coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, syrups

  • Inform manager about shortages
  • Minimize wastage
