Job Description

  • Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare specialty drinks exactly to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, recommend menu items, and resolve complaints warmly.
  • Sales & Cash Handling: Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workspaces and machines per health codes.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Monitor supply levels and replenish ingredients and display items.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain kitchen equipment and troubleshoot or report mechanical issues.
