Billing Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Billing Engineer (Civil) for our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for client billing, vendor billing verification, BOQ handling, quantity verification, rate analysis, measurement sheet preparation, and coordination with site/project teams.

This role will involve both office-based billing work and site visits for quantity verification, measurement checking, and billing support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of RA Bills, Client Bills, and Final Bills
• Preparation and checking of BOQ, abstract sheets, quantity take-off, and rate analysis
• Verification of site measurements and preparation of measurement sheets
• Coordination with site engineers for work progress, executed quantities, and billing backup
• Checking and processing of vendor/subcontractor bills
• Maintaining records of billing documents, work orders, purchase orders, and bill submissions
• Reconciliation of BOQ quantities vs actual executed quantities
• Preparation of variation / extra item statements
• Follow-up with internal teams for billing documents, approvals, and bill submission status
• Support in preparing project cost statements and billing reports
• Visit project sites whenever required for joint measurements / verification / billing support
• Required QualificationB.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Good understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, measurement sheets, and rate analysis
• Knowledge of civil finishing / interior / structural / project billing will be preferred
• Required SkillsKnowledge of MS Excel (must)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Knowledge of billing formats, DPR/measurement records, vendor billing
• Good understanding of construction drawings and quantity calculations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with both office team and site team
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Civil Billing / Quantity Surveying / Project Billing
• Experience in handling client billing + subcontractor/vendor billing
• Experience in construction / contracting / infrastructure projects will be preferred
