We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate who will be responsible for engaging with Indian nurses, guiding them regarding overseas job opportunities in Germany and working professionals who will help candidates interested in building a career in Japan through care giving program and promoting our German language training programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1. Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.

2. Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.

3. Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities.

4. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

5. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

7. Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth on boarding of candidates.

*What We’re Looking For:*

1. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

2. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

3. 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

7. Target-oriented mindset with a passion for counselling and sales.
