Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Meta (Business AI) Process
Location: Delhi-NCR
Department: Sales
Experience: 1-2 years
About the RoleThe BDE will be responsible for driving on-ground adoption of WhatsApp Business AI among SMBs by visiting assigned merchants, educating them, and enabling successful activation and usage.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned SMBs in the given territory.
- Pitch and educate merchants on WhatsApp Business AI features and benefits
- Assist merchants in updating WhatsApp Business App (if required)
- Configure and activate Business AI for eligible businesses
- Train business owners on using AI features effectively
- Capture and submit required screenshots/proofs of activation
- Support merchant retention through basic guidance and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly visit targets and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales updates, and merchant feedback in the CRM or reporting tracker.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in merchant onboarding, field sales, or digital product adoption.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business App setup, configuration, and usage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and target-driven sales roles.
- Bike and an Android Phone are mandatory (for travel & details capturing).
