Job Description

Business Development Executive – Sports Flooring Materials

Location: Noida

Industry: Sports Infrastructure / Sports Flooring

Experience: 1–4 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the sports flooring market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for projects related to acrylic, EPDM, PU, wooden sports floors, and synthetic courts.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, clubs, builders, architects, contractors, and government bodies.
  • Generate high-quality leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable sports flooring solutions (acrylic, synthetic turf, EPDM, PU systems, etc.).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Track tenders and government bids; coordinate with the team to submit competitive proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and support the execution team where needed.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and market intelligence.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales (construction/sports/building materials preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic technical understanding of sports flooring systems (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
