About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Unsecured Business Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Generate leads through channels like references, connectors, and market visits
• Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
• Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper follow-ups and client database
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales (Home Loan / LAP / Business Loan preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good knowledge of the loan process and financial products
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
