Real Estate Business Development Executive
Location: Sector 132, Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Real Estate Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing new client acquisitions. You will act as the bridge between market intelligence and execution, ensuring our portfolio continues to diversify and scale.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of real estate market cycles, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisitions, residential developments, or commercial leasing opportunities through rigorous market research and networking.
Strategic Networking:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, investors, brokers, and legal entities.
Pipeline Management:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to site visits and final contract negotiations.
Feasibility Analysis:
Collaborative with financial analysts to assess the ROI of potential projects, ensuring all leads align with the company’s risk appetite and growth goals.
Pitching & Presentations:
Develop and deliver compelling proposals to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate stakeholders.
Industry Representation:
Attend trade shows, real estate seminars, and local networking events to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Acquisitions specifically within the Real Estate sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex legal and financial frameworks.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex data in an accessible manner.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and real estate analytics tools.
Mindset: A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality and the resilience to handle long sales cycles.
