BDE - KRA (No Lead Generation Role)


✔️ Handle assigned leads from CRM

✔️ Understand client requirements clearly

✔️ Strong follow-ups (zero lead leakage)

✔️ Convert leads into paying clients

✔️ Share proposals & company profile on time

✔️ Coordinate with senior team for closures

✔️ Ensure payment follow-ups & collections

✔️ Maintain proper CRM updates (100% mandatory)

✔️ Manage client documents & project files

✔️ Smooth handover to operations team
