About Revivo & HotelXRevivo Technologies builds HotelX PMS, an all-in-one hotel management platform used by hotels, resorts, BnBs, and properties across India. HotelX helps properties manage reservations, billing, channel manager, payments, reports, and guest experience—while increasing direct bookings and revenue.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand hotel operations, pitch HotelX PMS confidently, onboard properties, and drive recurring SaaS revenue. This is a consultative sales role, not just cold calling.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach hotels, resorts, BnBs, and properties
  • Pitch HotelX PMS through calls, meetings, and product demos
  • Understand hotel pain points and recommend suitable HotelX solutions
  • Convert leads into users & paid subscriptions (monthly / annual plans)
  • Handle onboarding, basic training, and coordination with support team
  • Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and sales pipeline tracking
  • Meet monthly revenue and onboarding targets
  • Coordinate with marketing & product teams for feedback and growth ideas
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or IT)
  • 0–3 years experience in SaaS / B2B / Hospitality sales (freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Comfortable with demos, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Willingness to travel locally (field sales when required)
  • Basic understanding of hotels / OTAs / PMS is a plus
