ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Executive will support client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion activities. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and maintain strong client engagement.


You will play a critical role in achieving business targets and building Aleph INDIA’s reputation as a trusted compliance partner.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation-Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

Client Engagement-Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

Proposal Preparation-Draft and share proposals with clients in coordination with Operations/Technical teams.

Targets Meet- monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Market Research-Keep updated on regulatory developments and industry needs.

Coordination- Work with Operations and Technical teams for client project alignment.


SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of business development experience (B2B preferred).
  • Knowledge of Indian standards and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
