Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, promoting educational programs, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

This is an office-cum-traveling profile that requires field visits, educational counseling, and active participation in business expansion activities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with traveling across Delhi, Noida, and NCR for promotional and admission-related work.

The role demands strong communication skills, target-oriented performance, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and convert leads into admissions
• Conduct educational counseling for students and parents
• Promote courses and programs through field visits and presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
• Travel for seminars, events, and institutional tie-ups
