Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to establish, develop, and manage strategic partner channels and international business partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with channel partners, distributors, strategic alliances, and international organizations to accelerate business growth.
This role requires frequent national and international travel to meet partners, attend industry events, negotiate agreements, and represent the company globally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute partner channel strategies to expand market reach.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic national and international partners.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, technology partners, and business alliances.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and collaboration models.
- Drive revenue growth through partner acquisition and channel development.
- Research international markets and identify expansion opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create partner enablement programs.
- Develop joint business plans with partners to achieve mutual growth objectives.
- Monitor partner performance using KPIs and recommend improvement strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or International Business.
- Proven experience in building and managing partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with international markets and cross-border partnerships is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation and business proposal development skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
