Job Title: Business Development Manager – Cold Calling & ClosingLocation: Noida (On-site)
Industry: Medical Tourism / Healthcare Consulting
Experience Required: 2–5 years in telesales / cold calling / sales closing
About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, result-oriented Business Development Manager who is excellent at cold calling, handling patient inquiries, and closing deals. The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with international patients, understanding their medical needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed cases.
This role is heavily focused on calling, follow-ups, persuasion, and deal closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake 80–120 cold calls daily to fresh and old leads.
- Handle inbound patient inquiries via call, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand patient medical requirements and explain treatment options.
- Coordinate with hospitals and internal team for case feasibility.
- Regular follow-ups with patients until deal closure.
- Maintain proper data in CRM / Excel sheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly closure targets.
- Build trust with patients through clear communication and guidance.
- Convert maximum leads into confirmed treatment bookings.
- Primary Skills RequiredStrong English & Hindi communication (Arabic/African accent understanding is a plus).
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Fearless in cold calling and handling rejections.
- Ability to follow up consistently without losing leads.
- Basic understanding of medical cases is a plus (training will be provided).
- Target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working on phone for long hours.
