Job Description
Business Development Trainee (Inside Sales & Lead Generation)
*Location:* Noida, Uttar Pradesh
*Company:* Pictor Telematics Pvt. Ltd.
*Employment Type:* Full-Time Internship
*Stipend:* ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
*Incentive:* ₹5,000
*Duration:* 3–6 Months (Opportunity for Full-Time Employment based on performance)
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through outbound calls, qualifying business opportunities, and supporting our sales team in generating new business.
This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to B2C/B2B sales, lead generation, customer communication, and CRM management in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
* Introduce Pictor Telematics' products and solutions professionally.
* Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
* Generate and nurture high-quality business leads.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
* Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
