Business facilitator – Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior sales experience preferred; freshers may also apply.

- Strong communication skills in English and local language (mandatory).

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Customer Sourcing: Source customers for Consumer Finance Loans at assigned dealerships/stores and engage walk-in customers.

- Loan Application Processing: Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.

- Process Adherence & Compliance: Follow all guidelines and policies while maintaining accuracy in transactions.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

- Dealer/Store Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with dealership/store staff for smooth coordination.

- Product Support & Cross-Selling: Assist customers with credit/debit card services and promote relevant financial products.

- Collections & Follow-ups: Follow up with delinquent customers and coordinate with the collections team for repayments.

  This is a store-based job where you will be stationed at the Apple store. Your responsibility will be to assist walk-in customers with consumer durable loan sales. You will help customers get financing for their electronics and mobile purchases by guiding them through the loan process.

salary - 15k to 19k, without any PF,
