Business Loan Sales

We are hiring a high-energy, target-driven Business Loan Sales Executive responsible for generating and converting leads through outbound calling. This role demands strong communication, persistence, and the ability to handle high call volumes with consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to generate business loan leads
• Pitch Business Loan products and assess client eligibility
• Handle objections and convert leads into applications
• Manage end-to-end process: lead generation → documentation → login → disbursement
• Maintain daily follow-ups and ensure pipeline movement
• Coordinate with the internal team for faster approvals and disbursals

Performance Expectations

• Monthly disbursement target: ₹20 Lakhs – ₹60 Lakhs
• High conversion efficiency from cold leads
• Consistent daily calling and follow-up discipline
• Minimum rejection through proper client qualification

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Loan / Financial Sales (Business Loan preferred)
• Proven experience in outbound/cold calling
• Strong objection handling and closing ability
• Basic understanding of CIBIL, income, and loan eligibility
• Target-oriented mindset with high ownership
