Job Description
Job Summary:
A Cab Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing professional, courteous, and reliable service. The driver must follow traffic laws, maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, and ensure passenger safety throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
- Drive safely while following all traffic rules and regulations.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS or navigation apps.
- Assist passengers with luggage when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Collect fares or verify digital payments, if applicable.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle passenger concerns professionally.
