Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counseling: Assess background and goals to recommend matching digital marketing modules or career paths.
  • Course Advocacy: Explain curriculum, duration, certifications, fees, and placement support.
  • Lead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to meet monthly admission targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain CRM logs and provide post-enrollment support.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Fluent verbal and written skills in English and local languages.
  • Background: Graduate degree with 0–2+ years in academic counseling, EdTech sales, or tele-calling.
  • Technical: Basic familiarity with CRM software, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
  • Attributes: Target-driven mindset, active listening, and strong persuasion skills
