Career Counselor / Sr. Councellor

We are looking for Career Counsellor(s) / Academic Advisor(s) (Healthcare Domain) to guide MBBS doctors and allied healthcare graduates toward advanced career paths and upskilling programs.

• Role Type: Full-time, Corporate Day-Shift - 11 AM to 7 PM
• Experience Required: 0 to 2 years in Academic Counselling, Healthcare Sales, Inside Sales, or Corporate Medical Advising.
• Location: Noida - Sector 63, Near Metro Station

Key Responsibilities

• Learner Advisory: Connect with healthcare professionals to understand their career bottlenecks and guide them toward relevant Medvantage upskilling programs.
• Pipeline Management: Manage prospective leads, conduct detailed career-mapping calls, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Post-Enrolment Support: Act as a trusted mentor to students during their onboarding phase, ensuring a high-quality educational experience.
• Primary Advantage: A Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or an allied medical background (BAMS/BHMS) is highly preferred.
