Job Title: CA/ICMA/INTER AND BE.COM,MCOM

• This is for a qualified Chartered Accountant/ICMA/INTER and B.COM and MCOM with proven expertise in preparing and analyzing Balance Sheets, along with comprehensive knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic tax planning to support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze the company's Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of Direct Taxation, including Income Tax filing, TDS, Advance Tax, and assessments.
• Handle Indirect Taxation matters such as GST, Service Tax, and VAT compliance and filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits and tax audits.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and statutory reports.
• Candidates who have completed CA, as well as those who have partially completed CA or discontinued the course, are also eligible to apply.
