Location: Noida (Sector 62 & 63)

• Experience RequiredMinimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce Customer Support is mandatory.
• Prior Chat Support experience is preferred.
• Freshers can also apply (subject to communication assessment).
• Salary (Monthly CTC)₹18,000 – Freshers (Versant Level 5)
• ₹19,000 – 6+ months of experience (Versant Level 4)
• ₹21,000 – 12+ months of experience (Versant Level 4)
• ₹22,000 – 18+ months of experience (Versant Level 4)
• ₹24,000 – 24+ months of experience (Versant Level 5)
• Key SkillsExcellent written and spoken English communication.
• Mandatory experience in E-commerce Customer Support.
• Chat support experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Strong typing, communication, and customer handling skills.
• Shift Details6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
• 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Female candidates will be assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM only.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCustomer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
