Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out projects across multiple locations in India. The role requires frequent travel and on-site supervision to ensure seamless project execution from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across India
2. Oversee site operations, ensuring timely delivery within budget
3. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors across locations
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and local regulations
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
6. Handle procurement and logistics of materials for multi-location projects
7. Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
8. Conduct periodic site visits and quality inspections
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships across regions
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
* Proven experience in handling multi-location or Pan-India projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Willingness to travel extensively across India
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
* Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
* Knowledge of AutoCAD or related design software
* PMP or equivalent certification
