Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Client Relationship Executive (Telesales) to connect with parents/guardians, explain our child casting services, and build long-term relationships. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through the casting process, and converting leads into successful registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries regarding child casting opportunities.
Explain services, audition processes, and membership/registration details to parents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (parents/guardians).
Convert inquiries into paid registrations or successful onboarding.
Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams (casting, operations, shoot coordination).
Ensure timely follow-ups and client engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
