Job Description
Job Opening: customer supportexecutive(Night Shift)
Company: Cyfrowy Digital Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ablock -197 B Floor, Sector-63, Noida
Nearest Metro: Noida sector 62 metro station
Timing: 09:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on interview)
Saturday and Sunday fixed off monday to Friday working days
Key Responsibilities:
Explain products/services to customers over phone
Call existing & potential customers using a script
Understand customer needs & resolve queries
Maintain and update customer database
Suggest suitable solutions based on customer requirements
Requirements:
Fresher or experienced – both can apply
Good English communication skills (oral & written)
Confident, organized & team player
Strong interpersonal skills
