Job Description
We are seeking a confident, presentable, and professional female candidate who can represent the company in domestic and international meetings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and support management in business communications and events.
-Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Coordination
- Attend domestic and international client meetings on behalf of the company
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams before and after meetings
- Manage follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and business communication
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Representation & Events
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events
- Assist in organizing and managing business meetings and events
- Ensure professional brand representation at all official engagements
Management Support
- Assist senior management during business discussions and negotiations
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up documentation
- Ensure timely updates and reporting after meetings and events
Communication & Documentation
- Handle professional communication via email, calls, and in-person interactions
- Draft emails, presentations, and basic reports
- Maintain confidentiality of business information
Travel & Coordination
- Travel domestically and internationally as required for meetings and events
- Adapt to flexible working hours during travel or events
-Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication & Personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Confident, polished, and professional personality
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personal Attributes
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to handle meetings and events independently
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in client handling, coordination, PR, corporate relations, or business support
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply

- Willingness to travel frequently (Domestic & International)
