Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Solar Industry)Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: ABC BUILDING, NOIDA SECTOR 135
Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries regarding solar panel services and government subsidy schemes.
- Connect with potential customers and explain company services professionally.
- Generate and maintain customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain proper communication with customers until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage customer conversations professionally.
