Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented X Bucket Collection Executive to manage overdue customer accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle assigned X Bucket delinquent accounts for collections.
• Contact customers through calls to recover overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage customers to make timely payments.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure payment commitments are honored.
• Update customer interaction details accurately in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements during collection activities.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate/Undergraduate (Graduate preferred).
• Fresher & Experience (X Bucket experience preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and Basic English.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Loan Collections.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
