Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Debt Collection / Recovery Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The candidate will communicate with customers, negotiate repayment plans, maintain records, and follow company policies while achieving recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding pending payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts through calls and visits
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Ensure professional and compliant customer interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in collections/recovery preferred
