Job Description
Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers through calls and follow-ups for pending payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions and recovery status
• Achieve monthly recovery targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for case updates
• Handle customers professionally and maintain good communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies during collections
Requirements:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Experience in collections/recovery will be preferred
• Freshers can also apply
