Collection Executive / Officer

Job Title: Collection Executive (Fresher)

Experience: 0–1 Year

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers through phone calls, emails, or messages regarding pending payments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment updates.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional conduct.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
• Required Skills:Good verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Preferred Attributes:Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
