Job Description
- Contact customers via calls to remind them of overdue payments
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Negotiate repayment plans or settlement options as per company policies
- Explain payment terms, penalties, and consequences of non-payment
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment commitments
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to billing or payments
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the appropriate team
- Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines during the recovery process
- Achieve monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repayment
