Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Communicate product/service details clearly in Bengali
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers for documentation and closures
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi/English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
