Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Collection Executive to recover outstanding payments from customers while maintaining professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to achieve collection targets and ensure timely payment recovery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or field visits regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on pending accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company policy.
• Resolve customer payment-related queries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Update CRM and prepare daily collection reports.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Collections, Recovery, BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales is preferred.
