Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding payments, maintaining collection records, and supporting the collections process. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls, emails, and messages to remind them of due or overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Update customer payment information in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries and disputes.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Assist in achieving monthly collection targets.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any relevant field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
