Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose viable solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, database management, and basic programming knowledge.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Research Skills: Competence in conducting market research and staying updated with industry trends, including AI/ML and GenAI.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed reports, user stories, process flow diagrams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• User-Centric Design: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the importance of a mobile-first approach.
• Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to inform decision-making.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
