Job Description
Social Media & Content Creator — Men's Fashion Brand
About the role We're a menswear brand backed by 80+ years of textile and garment heritage, now launching our own label. We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Content Creator to own our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms — someone who lives and breathes men's fashion and knows how to make a brand look and feel premium online.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Design posts, reels, stories, and carousels using Canva (and ideally basic photo/video editing tools)
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and trends
- Shoot and direct simple product/lifestyle content (phone-shot is fine to start; an eye for framing matters more than gear)
- Write captions and copy that match the brand's voice — premium, confident, considered
- Track engagement, growth, and reach, and use insights to improve what we post
- Stay on top of men's fashion trends, styling, and what's working for other fashion brands
- Coordinate with the founder/team on shoots, product drops, and campaign ideas
What we're looking for
- A strong sense of aesthetics — you instinctively know what looks clean, premium, and on-brand
- Proficiency in Canva (non-negotiable); bonus for Photoshop, Lightroom, or CapCut/Premiere
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of men's fashion, styling, and grooming
- Solid copywriting and a feel for brand voice
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices (reels, hooks, posting cadence, hashtags)
- Organised and reliable — can run a content calendar without being chased
- Bonus: experience with a fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand, basic video editing, or a portfolio/personal account that shows your eye
Nice to have
- Photography/videography skills
- Familiarity with influencer coordination and UGC
- Basic knowledge of paid promotion / boosting posts
