Job Description

Prepare salads, sandwiches, and basic cold kitchen items as per recipes

Ensure freshness, quality, and proper portioning of ingredients

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Assist in ingredient prep (washing, chopping, portioning)

Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen supervisors

Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked

Support in inventory checks and minimizing wastage

Adhere to company SOPs and presentation standards

Work efficiently during busy hours and meet service timelines

Assist in basic kitchen operations as required
