Cornerstone Functional Analyst
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Location: Noida, Pune
Job Description
Cornerstone OnDemand professional with strong HR domain understanding to support, enhance, and deliver Cornerstone solutions. The role requires hands‑on module expertise, business analysis capabilities, and strong stakeholder interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on configuration and support for Cornerstone OnDemand modules, including:
- Core HR
- Performance
- Bonus
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Understand user and business requirements and translate them into Cornerstone solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions within the Cornerstone platform
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes through the application
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support adoption of new SaaS applications
Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (Core, Performance, Bonus, LMS)
- Good understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective system‑based solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and HR stakeholders
