Job Summary: PropUsers.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive for the CRM
Department responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer and lead data within the
CRM system. The role ensures smooth sales operations, lead tracking, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain customer data, leads, and property details in CRM.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Clean and verify CRM data regularly.
• Assign and track leads.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Generate MIS reports.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Support campaign data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 -2 years experience in data entry/CRM.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Office tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
