Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
  • Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
