Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
