Job Description
Customer Service Executive (Blended Process) – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
