Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Social Media & Call Support

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information via calls and chats.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective customer support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced-level English proficiency is mandatory, as the role involves professional communication with customers through calls, chats, and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
