Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Telugu & Malayalam)Location: Noida Sector 16 (Onsite)
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide customer support in Telugu and Malayalam.
- Troubleshoot GPS devices and software issues.
- Assist customers with installations, updates, and technical guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Requirements:Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of GPS devices is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
