Customer Care Executive

Location: Sector 2, Noida

Nearest Metro: Sector 15 Metro Station

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift, IST )

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (Depends on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages professionally.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.

Maintain polite, clear, and effective communication with customers.

Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience.

Update CRM/records accurately after every interaction.

Share daily/weekly reports with the supervisor.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales for US Process / Customer Support

Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Good problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools
