Position: CRM Manager

Location: Noida Sec- 125

Office Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Full-Time)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our Customer Relationship Management system. This role will involve lead distribution, data tracking, analysis, and ensuring our sales team meets their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Distribute leads to the sales team based on priority and criteria.
• Track, analyze, and report key data and sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to set and monitor targets.
• Provide ongoing training and support to employees on CRM tools and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning data within the system.
• Work with leadership to improve CRM processes for better efficiency and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and performance metrics.
