Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Prepare customer reports and maintain records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
