Job Summary
Maxcoder is hiring enthusiastic and confident Domestic BPO Executives for outbound and inbound voice processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, making outbound calls to domestic customers, generating leads, providing product/service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent Hindi communication skills, basic English understanding, and the ability to work efficiently in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers across India.
Explain company products and services professionally.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers.
Maintain excellent call quality and communication standards.
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer concerns within the defined turnaround time.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when required.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain strong customer engagement and conversion ratios.
Upsell and cross-sell services whenever applicable.
CRM & Data Management
Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy.
Team Coordination
Work closely with team leaders and management.
Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.
Basic to good English communication preferred.
Professional phone etiquette and clear speaking ability.
Technical Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Good typing and data entry skills preferred.
Soft Skills
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
Comfortable with domestic calling processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates with customer handling experience will get preference.
