Job SummaryWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Noida office. This is a pure non-sales role with no targets, focused on delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer queries professionally via calls
- Provide accurate information and effective issue resolution
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of escalated issues
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Male and female candidates are eligible
- Work Details6 working days per week
