• Handle client onboarding, account setup, and training support
• Conduct weekly client check-ins and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform account health audits and ensure smooth account performance
• Handle account upgrading and service enhancement processes
• Manage customer renewals and maintain long-term client engagement
• Prepare reports, insights, and growth strategies for clients
• Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and improve overall service experience
• Support sellers in optimizing listings and marketplace presence

🎯 Requirements:

• Good Oral & Written English Communication

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Computer Operations

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Positive attitude & willingness to learn

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
